We have created a realistic, real-world approach on how real estate investing really works through our educational classes. These classes, taught by leading industry professionals, are free of charge and open to anyone who is interested in increasing their real estate knowledge base. However, what we have come to realize over the years is that most people do not want to quit their high paying career to become a contractor and/or a landlord. That is why, in addition to our educational curriculum, we work with a company that puts together both single-family flips and multi-family partnerships right here in the Houston area.

However, before we can introduce you to the company and their team of industry professionals we first have to make sure that you are suitable for these types of private investments. Therefore, Mindy Price meets with each individual one-on-one to go over investment goals and make sure those goals are aligned with these types of investment strategies. If it is determined that the investment is suitable to meet your investment goals we then introduce you to the private investment company who will show you actual deals you can participate in.
