Liberty Real Estate Advisors was founded to introduce new investors to the world of real estate investing. Our mission is to educate the public on the opportunities and advantages real estate investing has to offer. What we have found is that a typical broker does not provide any real education on how real estate investing really works. They assume you know it already, or worse, don't really care that you know what you are doing.

Does this sound familiar, "Invest for the long-term, buy, hold, and diversify." We, at Liberty Real Estate Advisors, believe this is outdated advice. The days of, "Get good grades in school to get a good-paying steady job, work for that company for 40 years, get your gold watch at your retirement party, and live off of your pension and social security" are over. This type of plan was designed for the World War II generation not Baby Boomers, Generation X, or Millennials. It's time to change this outdated approach and talk to us.

In general, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) are utilized by some brokerage houses as their option to provide real estate in their clients portfolio. Although REIT's can be an attractive investment options they do not offer the same advantages of investing directly into a project.

There are very few real estate specialists in the marketplace that provide educational information to the general public real estate investing. A large number of real estate specialists and advisors are structured to help existing real estate deals perform better. They are not structured to teach the general public real estate investing. That is where Liberty Real Estate Advisors comes in. Our sole purpose is to introduce you to the world of multi family real estate investing.
